The Center for Bariatric Nutrition has two community areas of our site dedicated to helping you network, meet people with similar interests, goals, surgery type and many other common interest shared by our members.  In addition the CFBN community is yet one more way for you to get the all important encouragement from your peers.

The first CFBN Community area we suggest you check out is our message board area where all members and our staff are encouraged to participate in sharing ideas, questions, rants and raves and your day to day objectives. Our message boards will be an important area where you participation will add to your daily objective of behavior modification. It will also help you realize you are not alone on this journey. Even if you do not post to the boards we encourage you to read the posts daily for insights into your bariatric journey that you will not find elsewhere.

The second CFBN Community area gives you the ability to create and publish a personal blog. Our blogging tool combines text, images, and links to other blogs, Web pages, and other media related to your favorite topics. The ability for readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs. It is also a great way for you to process your ideas on your health objectives.  A unique feature of our blogs is that you can turn on and off the ability for others to read what you have published.

If you want to share your thoughts with the community this will be a great way for you to receive feedback. If you choose to not publish you can use our blog tool as a personal journal that you can later choose to open to the community.
